Exchanging your tickets is easy! To start, go to the My Account area of our website, located in the top navigation bar of each page (circled).

If you have purchased tickets with us before, an account has been created for you on our new site. Your login is now your email address, but you'll need to reset your password. To do that, go to the Password Reset Page. Then check your email for a message from Seattle Opera. Click on your personal secure link in that email and choose a new password.

Receive emails from us but have never set up a login? Click on the Lookup Your Account link on the login screen. You will be asked for your Customer Number, Phone Number and Postal Code.

Unsure where to find your customer number? It is located right on your tickets, circled in the images above.

Once you’re in the “My Account” area of the website, look for the link to “My Calendar” (circled) in the left-navigation menu.

Find the opera you wish to exchange. If your tickets are paid for and have been printed, the “Exchange Ticket” button (circled) will appear to the right of your performance listing.

Select which ticket(s) you’d like to exchange, the date you wish to exchange into, and which seating option you’d prefer, fill out the remaining information, and then hit “Submit”!
