You must have a ticket to the opening night performance to attend the event.

Miso Glazed Alaskan Black Cod (gluten free), served with jasmine rice blend and steamed asparagus.
Braised Cabernet Beef Short Rib (gluten free), braised for hours with aromatic vegetables and red wine, topped with grilled oyster mushrooms, creamy polenta, and roasted multi-colored baby carrots.
Ratatouille with Grilled Artichokes (vegan, gluten free), layered vine ripe tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, and thyme drizzled with roasted garlic infused extra virgin olive oil and roasted in the oven, topped with quartered grilled artichoke hearts, and served with saffron Himalayan red rice and garlic lemon thyme aioli.
