Tour Coordinator
Seattle Opera is accepting applications for a seasonal, part-time Tour Coordinator. This position reports to the Associate Director of Youth Programs and supports all aspects of the School Opera Tour production, including serving as the stage manager for the production. The coordinator will be responsible for logistics of the tour, including rehearsals and for managing all production aspects for performances.
Each spring, the School Opera Tour is scheduled to tour throughout the State of Washington from February through May, with additional performances scheduled in community spaces and parks during the summer months. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and occasionally travel out of town with the tour which includes overnight stays.
The majority of work in this position will take place from January 2025 through May 2025, with additional work in June and July 2025. The Coordinator will be required to attend tour rehearsals in person at the Seattle Opera Center February 6 through 12, 2025.
